About the Firm

Our History

What has evolved into Butera, Beausang, Cohen and Brennan has its genesis in Norristown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, in 1961. As the firm expanded, the principal office was moved to King of Prussia in 1973, and in November 1989, our office was relocated to the Freedom Business Center, where we currently occupy Suite 108 on the first floor of Building 630.

Guiding Principles

The Firm’s goal is to provide a wide range of legal services of a highly sophisticated nature, normally associated with large urban firms, in a convenient suburban setting. Our attorneys strive to provide high quality services at a reasonable cost, and our polestar has been accessibility and responsiveness. Typically, legal matters, whatever their description, weigh heavily on the minds of the participants until they are resolved, and members of our firm keep clients involved in the evolving processes through constant communications. Finally, the importance of achieving cost-effective results for each client cannot be overstated.
