In December, Ken Butera’s son, also Ken, joined the firm as an associate, after passing last summer’s Bar Examination. The younger Ken earned his BA at the University of Washington in Seattle and his JD at Villanova Law School last June. He is married to Alissa Halperin, also an attorney, who is with the Pennsylvania Health Law Project. As if that were not enough, two days before Ken began his duties with the Firm, Alissa and he became parents of their first child, Jane Isabelle, who weighed in at seven pounds, two ounces and who is also the seventh grandchild of the elder Ken.
